Designing a new Case Type from scratch typically takes anywhere from 6 - 12 hours to develop. However, simply tweaking existing Case Types that have migrated from Needles to Neos should take considerably less time. These estimates are highly dependent on the Firm’s need or desire to modify the layouts.

Building out a new Primary Checklist from scratch can take hours of work. Thinking through the workflows and then implementing them in the software can be daunting. We can work together to modify your existing Primary Checklist, or, use best practices to custom-design one for you!

Understanding how documents are generated and managed in a cloud-based environment is essential. This 1-hour training session focuses on generating, saving and managing case-related documents in Neos. Additionally, we'll dive into the back-end of the system, learning about Microsoft's SharePoint and OneDrive.

The Intake is one of the most important processes in the Firm. It is the first-impression for clients, and the gate-keeper for new cases. The Intake process is fully customizable with dynamic sections and required fields to enhance the user experience and productivity of the Intake Team.

Basic templates are quoted on a flat rate per template ($150/template). More complex templates (e.g., template packages or complex pleadings) may require a separate proposal. Additionally, users may also take a one-hour training course to learn how to code templates in-house.

New Users receive foundational training to learn how to navigate the system and be productive on Day 1. Administrators learn how to custom-design the system to set-up the Firm for success! Hand-on learning remotely, 1:1 or group training.
(3 - 6 Hours)
Create reports in the form of Dashboards, providing a visual display of critical data such as upcoming trial dates, discovery deadlines, statute of limitations deadlines, caseload assignments, data integrity and other case-related metrics.

I am available on an as-needed basis to participate in Weekly Status Calls with Assembly before, during, and after the implementation process.
